Hi! I have a fragment of empty zeolite and I need to place 2 molecules inside the zeolite's cavity. I use Arguslab to manipulate the molecules, but it is a very hard task to align the molecules as well as to establish precise distances between them, since all manipulation process is carried out with a mouse (say, by a human hand). I believe that there must be a software where manipulation be achieved vía cursor arrows and then, once a molecule is positioned in a specif place, it will not move itself by a mere movement of the mouse.
