Could you share your expirience in b-cells enrichment before fusion for mice hybridomas?

I'm searching for real examples of increasing of fusion efficiency and the yield of functional cells in mice hybridoma technology. Did you use magnet separation or FACS, or was there no critical improvement after trying these methods?
