So I generate viral proteins in a pQE-30 vector (N-terminal His Tag, IPTG inducible expression) in SG13009 E.coli. Grow up to OD 0.6 and induce for 4hrs at 37C (or 18hrs at 20C). I grow up in Terrific Broth(Sigma: T0918 ).

Thank you Alexander in fact I worked with that system (pQE30) some years ago. Now I´m interested in produce more than 200mg/L with cheaper inducer. Because we want to produce at pilot level (20L).

It would be great if you share with me the number of the kit and the brand (invitrogen?). Maybe it can run!. Do you Know about of the maximum production levels with this system.
