I have conducted semi-structured interviews of ESL students. I want to analyse these interviews with the help of thematic analysis method. From these interviews I want to explore the students expectation about their compulsory classes of my chosen subject.
Now, I need reading material that should help me in analyzing my data with this method.

You've gotten really good sources already. I can only add that you should also remember to do a meta-analysis after you have come up with your themes. Sometimes, you can see a clear thread across all the themes that help with the overall analysis.

The most widely cited source on thematic analysis is Braun & Clarke (2006) in the journal Qualitative Psychology.
I would second David's reply about Braun & Clarke's paper, link to it here:http://eprints.uwe.ac.uk/11735/2/thematic_analysis_revised... . As well as providing detailed guidance for one approach to conducting an inductive thematic analysis it also provides an overview of different ways to approach thematic analysis. They have also produced a very good book on qualitative methods called 'Successful Qualtitative Research: A Practical Guide for beginners' (2013), which includes quite a lot of info about thematic analysis.
There are two types of thematic analysis I would recommend for analysing qualitative data. Brymans Four Stage Analysis; there is a very good utube video explaining this. Template Analysis is also very good and allows you to adopt a top down and bottom up approach to your data. You can use some of the themes from the literature and merge these with the themes emerging from your research. Prof Nigel King from the University of Huddersfield has written extensively on this and if you look at his University profile and publications.
