Generally, after printing lines are uniform with single line pattern having 50-100 um width. But, in your case it is the separation of 300 um between lines. Could you elaborate about single printing lines width? And what do you mean by separation between lines? This one is single line feature or double line??

I feel you could try on ITO/PET (PET, Polyethylene terephthalate).

Dear Vaseem, I am printing square of dimension 100mm square. I have not tried to print single lines. My aim is to make uniform film. I am getting lines on the film surface with same materials as that of film. Many lines are formed on films. The 2D profile of the film is wavey. 300 um means the lines are repaleated after approx. 300um. Lot of lines are formed.This may be due to contact line pinning. May be due to very less contact angle. I am doing ozonization of ITO for printing. Without ozonization there is no spreading of ink. I hope it will clear your doubt. I am very thankful to you.

Ok now I understand your printing pattern. I guess such printing behavior is because of either due to film bulging or coffee-ring effect. You are working with aqueous based ink that means such a phenomenon will be more prominent. If you could reveal your solvent composition of ink and material then I can help to solve your problem. I always choose to change ink-chemistry rather than substrate modification.
