I try to analyze the data with a binary outcome and high heterogeneity (I2=85%). Could you, please suggest me the source to perform the analysis? All suggestions are highly appreciated.
You can use the comprehensive meta-analysis software ( CMA ), it is easy to use, freely downloadable and u'll be given 10 free trials for 10 days as well. Good luck.

Michael Borenstein is the author of the program CMA or comprehensive meta-analysis software which I have used in all the meta-analyses I have been involved with. He also has excellent youtube tutorials here https://www.youtube.com/user/Biostat100/videos
But I definitely recommend the 2009 book above as a start.
The MetaXL manual is a good source of info and the software is free and it runs additional models (IVhet, QE) that are robust and not found in any other package currently that exist
You may wish to explore the web site Coursera and specifically the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health offers a 6 week course in "Introduction to Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis". It is free to take and very well organized and easy to understand for the novice learner. Another site with free access is the Cochrane Collaboration website with links to their well thought out guidelines for SR and MA biostatistic.
Thanks for your valuable suggestions. They helped me really a lot. Actually, I do have a STATA and I`m more confident to work with this software. But I will try other suggested Softwares and programs at first possibility. Thanks for sources as well. I completed the course offered by Coursera and really enjoy the Borenstein's book and would recommend them as my opinion.
