My fixed bed adsorbed/desorbed amount of CO2 does not match (lower than) with ASAP2020 CO2 isotherms at the same partial pressure.

There are a number of possible reasons for your observations, including the interferences of other sorption processes, unacceptable variations in the characteristics of sorbents in bed and sorption conditions during the same sorption evaluation test.

The conditions are the same for both processes such as temperature (25ºC), loading amount (100mg), etc. The only difference is the degasifacation part for ASAP2020 it does with vacuum plus heating (ca. 10h) but in the fixed bed one degas takes place passing N2 through the bed while heating (10min).
The question is that the results for both should be the same or not?
I am not clear about your experiment: As I understand
a. your doing de-gasification for 10h with heating and vacuum using ASAP2020
b. de-gasification for 10min with only heating by Fixed Bed.
What's the TEMP? 25C? Check you sample can make any Carbonates!

Degassing stage is in the ASAP case, at 110°C during 10h, in Fixedbed case ca.200°C during 10min.
In fixed bed case, degassing is shorter than ASAP cos during the process Water and CO2 intensity are followed by MassSpectrometer, and you can see clearly the peaks are disappering less than 10min.
