Mathematic modeling of grids:

I look for the coordinates of each node of the grid (attached file), and its order.

For example of the square grid the order of each node is two.

In a higher level, the node of a multi-grids. (square and triangular)

So, could you please help me to find a mathematic modeling of this problem?
