I want to start research in a new aspect, anti cancer drugs especially drugs used in breast cancer. I think to begin with a research to but me on the way, my core to involve in pharmacogenomic and pharmacogenetic, but I don't know which point could i start with.

I have an interest in nanomedicine and am currently studying Breast Cancer (BC) so I would recommend starting with the following paper:
Di Wu, M. S., Xue, H. Y., & Wong, H. L. (2017). Nanomedicine applications in the treatment of breast cancer: current state of the art. International journal of nanomedicine, 12, 5879.
One of the most common medications used for BC treatment and probably the most effective so far is Doxorubicin. Perhaps this might be a better starting point before branching out.

You can use pharmacogenomics to identify and monitor for drug resistance, with possible therapeutic strategies to combat chemo resistance in breast cancer.
Pharmacogenomics is the study of how genetic variations influence the response of an individual to drugs. In this context, there are two genomes which are relevant to predicting drug response or resistance:
(1) germline genetics may affect drug exposure, potentially causing variability in efficacy and/or toxicity, and
(2) somatic, or tumor genetics are the acquired alterations that may initiate and perpetuate cellular deregulation.
Drug resistance phenomena continue to be a primary hindrance to chemotherapy of solid tumors as well as hematologic malignancies. Hence, deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying chemo resistance should enhance targeted individualized cancer medicine.
You can also look into pharmacological resistance which reflects inadequate drug exposure at the drug target, and can be caused by environmental factors (such as, drug-drug interactions, non-compliance), germline pharmacogenomics (such as, inter-individual variability in drug metabolism or pharmacokinetics) as well as drug sequestration away from its target, for instance, addition of an antacid to alleviate gastroesophageal reflux caused by some PKI therapies (targeted cancer therapy) will affect gastric absorption and exposure to PKI, thereby leading to pharmacological resistance.
