Don't bother trying to rescue! You'll never eliminate and remnant bye-products will likely interfere with your assays.

Even more important, treatment with fungicides is not without adverse effects on mammalian cell metabolism.

Discard immediately and resurrect new culture form your LN2 stock!

Hi Alexandr Chernov, thank you very much for your contribution. I already use antibiotics and antimycotics in the culture medium. I increased the concentration and nothing changed. I am still in the process of evaluation. I'm going to send it to an analytics company to do the possible tests for microorganisms.

Good sharing, by the way, do the structure movable or static? From your photo, I guess it located at a different level than your attached cells. If movable I could agree with others about fungi but if really static it might be due to sometimes from culture/plastic ware structure I guess. Please share your findings later. Thanks.
