I would like to have ideas about which theories of group formation are suitable for entrepreneurial training projects, with the aim of creating bonds, building trust, and collaboration for regional development projects. I have some theories in mind, but I would like to hear from you to find out if I am on the way and also to learn about new approaches.

I noticed your question thought I'd offer a response. This may not be what you're looking for, but I have found that facilitating the classic "social styles / work preferences" exercise by Merril & Reid works well.
As I'm sure you know, the exercise aims to identify preferred social styles and enable people to reflect on the implications for individuals and teams.
I have found that this works well and it doesn't take very long, so practically you would have plenty of time left to discuss collaboration and development projects etc.
