Could someone please gift us pBAD/His or pBAD/Myc-His or equivalent vector?

We would like to clone and express 2 different genes under different promoter/inducers. We do have pET vectors and would like to use pBAD kind of vector for the expression of second gene.

Unfortunately, Thermifisher no longer supplies pBAD vectors, so I was wondering if someone could gift us pBAD or equivalent vector.
