I have prepared heat-treated material at different temperatures and expected that the following reactions/conversions take place:
CaCO3 + (heat) converted into CaO + CO2
CaO+ H2O converted into Ca (OH)2
I have attached the TGA graphs below. Please guide me if I am missing something. Waiting for a kind response.

CaCO3 + (heat) = CaO + CO2,
so the loos in weight equal mass of CO2: 100 g of CaCO3 - 56 g CaO = 44 g.
(or -44% of initial mass). This process meight be seen from file NTP.
Yes, CaO reacts with H2O and forms Ca(OH)2. But this reaction is reversible:
Ca(OH)2 + (heat) = CaO + H2O
The loos in weight equal mass of H2O: 74g of Ca(OH)2 - 56g of CaO = 18g of H2O. (or -24% of initial mass).
Looses in weight which are observed in your case (-22% and -21,5%) correspond to the process of decomposition of Ca(OH)2.
Possible side reaction can also occur, because the decomposition reaction of CaCO3 is reversible: CaO can react with the traces of CO2 in air and forms CaCO3.
