Nobody react on my question during enough long period. Even italian PDFof this second edition will be useful (have you?) as I have only film negatives and making full version is very exhaustive!

I have no PDF files - DJVU format was created for making e-books from scanned pages and it is much more compact. You can download free viewer for DJVU files here: https://windjview.sourceforge.io/

If you want, you can make PDF from DJVU by printing to file and you will see that the resulting file will be much bigger.
