Could somebody advise on how to gain reproducible HPLC chromatograms(via C18 column) of HSA and AgNPs+HSA?

I think the proteins was trapped in column but i do not know is my idea true or not.

Protein trapping may be because of improper column washing or if your sample is a crude extract.?
