Could mTORC1 dissociate the inhibition of autophagy from the stimulation of protein synthesis in skeletal muscle or any other cell type?

I have observed in my experimental model (skeletal muscle of mice and rats, C2C12 myotubes and primary cardiomyocytes cells) an activation of mTORC1 and inhibition of autophagy, however, no effects on protein synthesis. Does it make sense to anyone?
