Could I transfer my cell culture I've already seeding in 12 well plate and treaded with some reagents in CO2 incubator, into 96 well plate to read the results by plat reader which couldn't read 12 well plate??

The 12-well plate will hold 1-2ml culture medium in each well. In 96-well plate each well will hold a maximum of 250-300ul. While recording the absorbance with the help of the plate reader you will have to take the absorbance of the entire content of the well. If you have to transfer the contents of one well of a 12-well plate, you will have to use many wells in a 96-well plate.
I suggest this is not possible. You may have to perform the experiment again in a 96-well plate.

@Doğukan Mutlu @Malcolm Nobre, thanks. The test is the the WST one of proliferation assays, steps just adding the reagent, incubate, and read it.
But as I'll use it for totoxicity evaluation, the protocol recommends using more cells to start with (e.g., 5x10^4) than foe proliferation. which is much more than the cell count I'm gona to sead in each well for the main treatment (50%of seading density )of the 96 well plate = 5000 cells, the kitt need at least 50000.
