Could anyone recommend an antibody for detecting pericentrin in MEF using Western Blot??

I have checked various databases, and I have a few questions to clarify. Different commercial sources report the detection of pericentrin (PCNT) at 70 kDa in certain cell lines, while others indicate it at 250 kDa. Considering that the molecular weight of PCNT is approximately 378 kDa, this discrepancy has raised some confusion. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide clarification on this matter.
