Currently, our research is oriented at collagen hydrolysates and their application. We need to characterize individual hydrolysates and one of those chracterizations is molar mass and its distribution. Could anyone recommend me a titration method to determinate the molar mass of protein (ideally collagen) hydrolysates? Thank you a lot in advance for any help.

Dear Dr. Mohamed Elbagerma, thank you for your valuable reply. I asked specifically for a titration method (or any other relatively simple method that does not require specific equipment or reagents) because we are currently waiting for equipment and in the interim we would like to be able to characterize (at least approximately) our hydrolyzates with the equipment we have at hand. Nevertheless, thank you once more for the links, I have found many useful information in the referred articles.
