What is the Genomic DNA banding pattern in carp fin tissue? Is it single band or smear? Could anyone provide this information? I will be grateful.
Hi Shakur
as for every species DNA patterns on gel appears as single bands. The only trouble point is the apparition of smears related to degradation of the DNA. it means that more you'll have smears and more the DNA will be degraded.
