Could anyone help us by performing an interaction test with GWAS data of diabetes and/or metabolic diseases?

We are studying the role of APOE in the evolutionary history of human native populations. We would like to know whether someone with access to Genome-Wide data of diabetes and/or metabolic diseases could help us by performing a couple specific SNP-SNP interactions. If so, please contact us for more details.
