Hello to everyone, Am working as CFD Engineer in TVS, Chennai,

Am trying to solve the gerotor pump in Fluent,

my skewness is o.94

my orthogonal quality is 0.002

My Inlet BC = 0 bar, Outlet = 3 bar.

using UDF & dynamic mesh too.

Initialized solution to 2 bar

using URF = 0.5 for all ( advice by ansys )

Time step size 2.083e-5 ( 0.1 degree rotation to RPM )

my settings are default expect that URF

After starting the calculation am getting reversed flow for almost 2000 iteration and warring of solution converged ,iteration is keep on going but my flow curve is not uniform side its getting increased and again started decrease as the attached snap shot.

Help me out to solve this issue
