For precise results of Reverse transcription-quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) is necessary use validated reference genes (“house keeping genes”) for your experimental situation. There are several papers specifically to evaluate the expression stability of candidate reference genes.  Sometimes one gene could be stable in one condition, but not in other very similar experimental conditions. I recommend make a search in the literature to check if there are some validated reference genes for your experiment, if not, you can select some genes tested in a similar condition and validate it by yourself.
