Problem with cDNA amplification and tert primer

I am using tert f-cgtggtttctgtgtggtgtc (tert-r cttgtcgcctgaggagtag) I kept gradient PCR from 53-65, by using 150ng cDNA, but just got primer dimer. Do you have any solutions?
