Space missions in recent years, has been carried out by teams of international astronauts. I believe a manned mission to mars would be a diverse one, especially if we want to colonize the planet for a long time.

I think space missions will be private/corporate enterprises. Corporations are entities that are beyond the traditional idea of countries that organize groups of people according to certain conventional geographical borders.
We are in blue ocean.so international cooperation will be better for human interest.
Could?- yes anything is possible although your timescales of 'a few years' is unlikely - don't pay too much attention to NASA's publicity machine which is trying to keep this project alive by lots of over-ambitious publicity.
Should? - that depends on the political situation at the time. There is a strong drive in the international scientific community but they depend on relative stability and agreement from their political paymasters - and no-one else really cares.
Would? - Probably not - there is too much reaction from the political right across the globe to initiatives such as this, which are largely seen as 'far-left globalist dream-machine money sinks' designed to keep specific pressure groups in well paid jobs. Expect to see huge reductions in funding on mega projects that don't deliver very much. LIGO, CERN, ISS etc. over the near future.
Big Science is a bubble that a tiny minority live in, a few more have interest in but the huge majority of people on the planet have no interest in except the western taxpayers who resent having to pay out so much to keep this tiny elite in clover.

No more national big space missions (like humans to Mars), they are expected to be international.
I think international. The results of science are internationally shared, so why shouldn’t the investment in exploration be shared as well? I see no reason to leave such exploration up to corporations, whose only interests are profits. That said, it is not clear what the advantage is to shipping humans to Mars, when robotic devices are becoming more and more sophisticated.
As an off topic remark, from a non-expert, it is puzzling to me why the current Mars landers that are planned are not targeting the edge of polar ice caps, where the possibility of liquid water, and therefore current life, would seem most likely.

I'm not so sure if the greenhouse effect is a "disaster", Mother Nature has always changed and for sure it will appear new beings adapted to the new conditions.

From the announcements of politicians, it appears that in a few years manned expeditions to the Moon will resume.
