I’m measuring radiogenic 87Sr/86Sr in powdered limestone using a single-bulk strong-acid leach without any pre-leaching step. I want to minimize or correct for detrital contamination, but I do not wish to exclude or screen out data points. What methods or best practices would you recommend (e.g., using elemental or mineralogical proxies, end-member mixing/corrections) to quantify and remove detrital contributions while retaining the full dataset? Any references or step-by-step workflows would be greatly appreciated.
