To get the copy number of a DNA fragment..you'll have to use 'absolute quantification method' ...follow the guidelines of machine you are using for qPCR analysis

Hi Dr Ajay,

Thank you so much, yes I did recently absolute Standard Curve after cloning my target primers in plasmid and transformed it on E. coli.
