hello everyone, can any body suggest a mthod for measuring pH in an anaerobic batch reactor without taking a sample, (because my anaerobic batch reactor volume is just 500 ml and if i want to take a sample every day for measuring pH, after one month (my experiment period), there will not be any thing in my reactor)

i came up with that, but i think it may be detrimental for microorganism that is present in my reactor due to the using of some chemical material for titration such as methyl orange and so on, unless i use a pH meter for measurement. as far as i'm concerned, it doesn't include any chemical material for pH measurement, does it?
