Contamination of GSH affinity column with DTT reduced Cobalt ions

Hello, does somebody know how to clean a GSH column that apparently was contaminated with Co ions that interacted with the DTT which was present in the buffer? Until now, NaOH and EDTA were tried for this. Thanks.
