I hope that this will be clear. i am in the beggining of a project. i have data of 100 participants that preformed a task with two conditions in a fmri scanner.
i'm intereseted in individual diffrences and wish to detect different patterns of brain reaction (as expressed by reaction of brain networks) for participants in the two conditions.
it is important to me to be as data driven as possible.
so i'll be happy to open a discussion about how to model brain networks during task - which parameter should i use as a measure of connection strength and anything that you believe is important to consider reagrding this topic.
