Conditional logit model for contingency table?

Hello， I have a question related to condition logit model and contingency table.

Suppose I do not have individual data, but I have grouped data shown in a contingency table, in this case, can I use conditional logit model (as I notice that the data format of conditional logit model needs to be individual data)
