im going to test antimicrobial activity of sargassum seaweed methanol extract. But im confused as to which concentrations should i work on and how to prepare such concentrations? also concentrations should be in micrograms or milligrams?
Not sure exactly what your aim is but surely testing the effects of different concentration of the extracts will be part of the study? A good place to start may be using the pure extract and doing a serial dilution to see at what concentration it is still effective at.
