Trying to model a function of an airfoil so that I can alter the geometry at the trailing edge of this airfoil, for that I would like to find a function that describes those points. I will be able later on to modify the shape with time with time using a User-Defined-Function (UDF).

It is better to show the image of the location of the points, this may help to guess a mathematical model of your airfoil. One can guess if it is an airfoil.

Should look like this. The end result is to have a variable that could deflect the trailing edge up and down. I've heard that it could be done by knowing the parameter of camber and play with it over time. Although I don't really know the equation dictating the camber on this airfoil.

I suggest you study the (Joukowsky airfoil ) and then fit your data with this model.
