I am trying to seperate baseflow and surface runoff using HYSEP Programme. While compiling the programme for my linux system (16.4), One of the file needed for compilation (IOWDM Progarmme) is not in the distributed UNIX version of the programme. Data in the WATSTORE daily values format can be converted to the WDM format by the IOWDM program (Lumb and others, 1990, p. 163-211). I am in the need of IOWDM programme, Did anybody have IOWDM progarmme or can suggest where i can get the same that would of great help.
