If I have two unrelated groups - A+B

Tria groupl A undergoes one treatment and as a result experiences a change in measured variables

T testing reveals the paired mean difference and SED + Pvalue for this

Similarily trial group B undergoes another treatment and experiences a ∆ in the same measured variables with another set of mean differences +SED+pvalues from t testing.

How can I compare the magnitude of change between these unrelated groups even though at baseline their parameters are different??

Stats is not ,y calling, any help appreciated greatly!

Also: I don''t have the primary data, this is based on the mean±SD of whole groups
