sector A sample is 313, and sector B sample is 200.
If I take sector B population in the whole country then sample B's comes = 330
Q. Can I take sector A in 5 cities and sector B in the whole country for comparative study?
then the sample for A and B will be almost equal for my thesis study.

I think you can use it with the condition that the population is homogeneous and taken by (might be) a stratified random sampling and the 330 and 200 samples are taken by correct calculation (representative sample). Am I right?
