Common antigen for the pcv13 OR ppsv23 vaccines for immunogenicity studies?

I need to use a common antigen in the pcv13 OR ppsv23 vaccines in order to test fo overall immunogenicity in a special human population that gets vaccinated with either the pcv13 OR the PPSV23 vaccine. I want to avoid having to test fo reach individual antigen (13 or 23 antigens in each vaccine) as the cost is too high for my project. Any thoughts on how this can be accomplished? Any commercial kits available ?
