I did some searches on the use of Flt3 ligand (Flt3-L) for generation of muring DC from BM but I have not been able to get definitive commercial sources, and amount of Flt3-L used in BMDC culture. Also, is human FLT3-L as effective as mFlt3-L with respect to the proportion and variety of DC subsets ?
