I am trying to synthesize organic lead halide perovskites. But I am unable to confirm whether my products are formed or not. Please tell a proper way to confirm the formation of methyl ammonium halide and organo lead halide perovskite.

The best way to confirm methyl ammonium halide and organo lead halide perovskite via XRD anaylysis and compare results with standard XRD data.

As mentioned by Rohit correctly, go for either powder or thin-film XRD and try matching the peak, in addition to the temperature at which you ave synthesized the material. This is because at elevated temperatures, the perovskite structure distorts, and the experiment won't work as you may think. Before all this, please do check the absorbance using UV-Vis spectrophotometry, then go for XRD to conform.
