Cognitive radios, Ad Hoc wireless networks, Broadcast mode of operation - all three have their own characteristics and challenges. One must understand ,in depth, the three individually first.

For example, for a source to destination communication using cognitive radios, the best possible channel can be searched for and used. The same channel, however, may not be suitable for all nodes or stations in broadcast mode.

So, Ahmad, you better acquire concepts of the three before your work.

I think you should always try to brake down the topic in to fundamental research areas.  You can also do it in multiple ways for your own topic. For me your title, translates to multichannel, multihop learning wireless communication protocol.

Personally, I think getting two devices to use same channel optimally without using a central entity is a big question. Yes, there are many algorithms that are doing this but, how good can it get? How much overhead(i.e., using one channel just for rendez vous arrangement) is optimal? I think these questions lack a theoretical answer up to my best knowledge.
