Bruce Weaver Hi! I do not have any! I met with a statistician regarding what should I do for my analysis, and he suggested to cluster the 2 waves data and run the moderation analysis on it!

Gabriela Szydlowski, thanks for providing the additional info. Your term "cluster moderation analysis" made me wonder initially if it was some variant of cluster analaysis. But given what you've said now, I think you want to estimate some kind of regression model (or possibly a generalized linear model). If I follow, here's what you have:

Dependent variable: Aggression

Focal explanatory variable: social relationships (SocRel)

Secondary explanatory variables:

• Area (3 levels)
• Wave (2 levels)
• SocRel x Area
• more interactions involving Wave--this is presumably the moderation analysis your statistician suggested.

Is this right?

How are the aggression and social relationships variables measured? (How aggression is measured is vital in determining what kind of model is appropriate.)

And which interactions involving Wave do you wish to include?
