Has anybody used any reaction kit to perform click chemistry in tissue? I am interested in performing it with isolated acinar cells or isolated hepatocytes. Does anybody has experience with that?

So there is a very broad field of bioorthogonal chemistry including copper-free, bioorthogonal click chemistry.

Is there any CC triple bond or N3 group on tissues? Or you can attaching/binding compounds with CC triple bond or N3 group on the tissues first, then carry out click chemistry late?
