Clarification in raccoon..?

Recently I had used the tool Raccoon in windows. I was able to open it and load ligands, receptors , grid and dpf files successfully.However, when I clicked generate I am getting RunVS.SH file. How would you execute it or proceed further...?

Also in one of the manuals for Raccoon I read that for windows "RunVS.bat" file would be generated. For me it did not create any such "RunVS.bat" file

Kindly Guide me in this process and let me know what could be done next. so that I would be able to do virtual screening for many ligands
