I'm designed fuzzy logic control to decrease the structure acceleration, displacement and from FLC, control force is the output. now how to apply that control force as feedback to the system to reduce displacement and acceleration.

Before going into the fuzzy control design, have you designed a feedback control law for your structural system? Knowing this is important, because it is generally not recommended to jump straight into the fuzzy control without analyzing or understanding the behavior of the process.
Technically, you need to know minimally 3 conditions:
i. At what condition(s) the control force shall be increased (+)?
ii. At what condition(s) the control force shall be decreased (–)?
iii. At what condition(s) the control force shall be zero (0, no change)?
