We have a very good group on RG. I have been participating in forums for many years, and this is the only forum with which I would like to work and implement what has been tested by the world’s leading experts.
It turns out that our lives are short, and we need to unite so that we can create a group right now, which will work, and the youth we see on the forums will gradually be able to take the baton and prevent children from dying in earthquakes and eruptions.
On the forums, we don't talk about our religion or skin color. We are geophysicists. Mr. de Pombal funded those who will save lives.
Our forum is capable of doing this.
Right now, we have a problem with the lack of a leader. I have done everything I could and everything necessary for forecasting. But I am 78, and I don’t speak English.
I believe that RG urgently needs to hold elections for the director of the International Forecasting Center. I ask those who want to and believe they can do the job of the director to open a topic and write about it.
We don’t have time to be shy; we all know each other. We can select candidates for the director, and this must be done immediately.

I have only been working in the field of earthquake prediction for 3 years, so I'm probably not qualified for the position of a director. However, I have a deep learning geomagnetic anomaly detectoon global earthquake software project under development, and I can direct the research surrounding that obviously. I've also found diurnal pulsating signals in seismic data that the field of seismology has either missed or ignored.
I am writing about R&D, not research. My methodology has successfully passed scientific reviews:
- Expert review by the Geological Institute of Israel (2004), the Knesset Committee (2005, 2017), accepted by the Chief Scientist of the Israeli Ministry of Defense (2017), accepted by the Committee for Preparing Israel for Earthquakes (2019);
- Professor expert from the Institute of Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy, after joint monitoring of the Kozirev-Yagodina wave (KaY-waves), recommended the application of KaY-waves for earthquake forecasting;
- The theory of earthquake genesis was accepted by the President of IASPEI, Chairman of the Russian Expert Council, Prof. A.V. Nikolaev (2006), successful testing of short-term forecasting (2012), successful preliminary testing of volcanic eruption forecasting (2013), and the senior researcher at the Institute of Space Research acknowledged the unique earthquake forecast in the Sea of Okhotsk based on data recorded in Israel (2013). The meeting protocol of the RS successfully accepted the recommendation for R&D (2015).
- Expert conclusions were recognized by the Director of the IFS of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2016), and I received gratitude from RAASN and the Director of the ISK of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences for the theory of genesis and short-term earthquake forecasting (2023).
- Received gratitude from the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue teams for the earthquake forecast used by rescuers in Nepal (2015);
- Recommendation received from an expert from the USA-Australia to study Alexander Yagodin's discovery at universities;
- Received a recommendation from a UN expert for applying the Kozirev-Yagodina method to implement the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction.

- Президентом IASPEI председателем Российского экспертного совета проф. А.В. Николаевым принята теория генезиса землетрясений - (2006), успешно пройдены испытания классического краткосрочного прогноза (2012), успешно пройдены первичные испытания прогноза извержений вулканов (2013), н.с. института Космических исследований признал уникальным прогноз землетрясения в Охотском море по данным, регистрированным в Израиле (2013), протоколом заседания РС успешно принята рекомендация на НИОКР (2015), признаны заключения экспертного совета директором ИФЗ РАН по науке (2016), получена благодарность от РААСН и от директор ИЗК СО РАН за теорию генезиса и краткосрочного прогноза землетрясений (2023), получена благодарность от руководства спасателей МЧС за данный прогноз спасателям, работающим в Непале (2015);
- получена рекомендация от эксперта США - Австралии на изучение в университетах открытия Александра Ягодина;
- получена рекомендация эксперта ООН для применения метода Козырева-Ягодина для выполнения Сендайской программы.
As for the research work, the Board of Directors will make decisions regarding the funding of research, possibly in collaboration with a university that is ready to work under the guidance and on the tasks set by the Center.
