Hi,
I am studying some different KIT/protocol for ChIP technics. They suggest to use or include positive or negative control for human, mouse or rat.
But I research on bacteria and I need +/- control for bacteria.
Do you have any suggestion how I get these control material or what I should use? Infact I have some article indicate that they didnt use any control...

+ve control may be the pure culture of ur known bacteria ---> in this case u r sure about the test will always +ve
And
-ve control may be the reaction without any bacterial culture---> in this case u r sure about the test will always -ve
u confirm first with references!!!!!!!!
