Hi all,
I have a child (3.5 y.o.) demonstrating some autistic traits and behavioural features, but belongs to the "grey zone" - he is sweet, affectionate, reciprocate emotions with adults, has great memory and speech skills, as well as academic learning abilities. However, even with OT, ST, and Educational therapy intervention, thus far I do not observe him engaging in any peer interaction despite that he is able to identify and name all his peers.
How do we actually help him to engage in more functional, beneficial peer interactions?
