CFD and Aspen Plus Validation of Heat Exchanger ?

I have simulated a heat-exchanger in COMSOL. The same heat-exchanger is simulated (with the exact geometry ) in Aspen Plus.

I'm facing following problems in above:

1. The results of Aspen Plus and COMSOL / CFD do not match ( 44, 53 degC in Aspen, 46, 55 degC in COMSOL)

2. As I'm moving towards the finer-mesh size, the results from COMSOL vary more w.r.t. Aspen.

Therefore, how to verify the COMSOL results?
