HI everybody
I am trying to run the CESM-atm model, but I don't get where is the path for the data, I am attaching an image of what must be the structure of the path.
By the way, I am running this model in my personal lap, so I had to do the porting proccess before, so I don't think that would be really the problem here.
Could anyone explain me what I must do for downloading the data for the model?

The env_run.xml variables
DIN_LOC_ROOT
DIN_LOC_ROOT_CLMFORC
determine where you should expect input data to reside on local disk. On your platform, you have to set the value="$your_input_data_folder" for both variables in env_run.xml using the full path to your folder.
The $DIN_LOC_ROOT variable just tells the model where to look for input data. You can set it to whatever you like, or it may be set to a specific location if you are on one of the "supported" machines.
You do not need to do anything manually to download the data and in fact should not attempt to download any input data yourself. Once you have created a case and build it the model will download whatever input data it needs for that case.
