Does this mean non-MBAs who never studied management concepts can not be successful managers/leaders? What about a large number of successful entrepreneurs who rose exponentially due to their different capabilities and acumen? Can simple practitioners claim that they know enough theory?

Thanks Kamal. Prahalad had argued that theoretical skills enable a person to conceptualize a problem and on that basis to find out its solution. it helps us to go into the causality of the problem. Once we know the reason for the occurrence of the problem, it becomes comparatively easier to find out its remedy,
